About the Role
We're hiring a remote Project Manager to support the growing PMO of an established, operationally mature organization.

What You'll Do
• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through hypercare to closure, including plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and go-to-green plans
• Track status, maintain dashboards and an initiative deck, and report health with clear red/yellow/green indicators
• Escalate risks, delays, and blockers early; keep issues documented, assigned, and resolved
• Strengthen the PMO: establish standards, governance, templates, and operating rhythms, and surface process improvements
• Run recurring cadences, weekly check-ins, status reviews, and L10-style meetings, using tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and a Monday.com-style tracking platform
• Partner with department heads, owners, and leadership to clarify priorities, facilitate reviews, and hold stakeholders accountable respectfully
