We're hiring a highly analytical, systems-driven HRIS professional with proven leadership experience to own, optimize, and strategically elevate ETE Reman's HR technology infrastructure, with particular depth in UKG. This is not a task-taker role. This role exists because HR systems are critical business infrastructure, not administrative tools. They drive workforce efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence. The right operator treats UKG and the HRIS stack as a strategic asset to be built, governed, and continuously improved. You will operate as the primary expert for HR systems architecture and governance, balancing technical depth with practical HR operations. You will report into the CHRO and operate as an embedded member of the HR leadership team, with full support from Kayana's operations layer behind you.
