About the Role
We're hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to support and guide remote team members across their entire journey with the company, from onboarding through engagement, retention, coaching coordination, and offboarding.
You'll be a key point of contact for remote professionals and a steady force behind engagement, accountability, communication, and operational excellence. You'll run onboarding, track milestones, coordinate development programs, administer time off, and make sure people feel supported and set up to succeed.
This role is built for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others do their best work, who stays organized under multiple priorities, and who takes ownership without waiting for direction. We're intentionally hiring above the minimum requirements: communication, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a real desire to help people succeed matter just as much as experience.
This is a meetings-and-people role. If regular check-ins, coaching coordination, and daily relationship-building energize you rather than drain you, keep reading.
